This website and your information

What this website collects, why, for how long, and how to reach us. It covers this public website only. The SentriqMesh system itself (for homeowners and control rooms) has its own privacy notice.

No tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. It loads nothing from other websites: no fonts, scripts or social media buttons.

The enquiry form

When you send an enquiry, we receive:

• what you tell us: whether you are a homeowner, a security company, a community or something else; your name; your email address; your phone number and area if you give them; and your message;
• the IP address it was sent from, to stop abuse of the form.

We use it only to answer your enquiry, and keep it for one year, after which it is deleted automatically. It is stored in the SentriqMesh system and emailed to the people who answer enquiries. It is not sold or shared for marketing. The form only sends it once you tick the box to agree to this.

Hosting

This website runs on our own server. Like any web server it needs your IP address to send you the pages, but it keeps no log of visits.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it's used, and you may complain to the Information Regulator. Write to info@sentriqmesh.co.za.
